Modular workbench system designed for a tool startup, optimized for flat-pack shipping and tool-free assembly.
A tool startup needed a modular workbench system that could ship flat and assemble without tools.
We iterated through three design revisions, testing assembly time and structural integrity with each.
The final design assembles in under 10 minutes and holds 500 lbs. The startup has since moved to a production partner for volume manufacturing.
