Student CNC Bracket Run

Completed
Student CNC Bracket Run

Low-volume aluminum brackets fabricated under supervision for a local irrigation startup.

A local irrigation startup needed 30 brackets for a pilot deployment. The job allowed students to practice workholding and inspection while keeping the volume manageable.

Students used a modular vice plate to reduce setup time and documented every clamp position for repeatability.

We measured three dimensions on every part and logged them in a shared sheet. Two parts required rework due to a tool offset error.

Having a documented setup sheet allowed the evening crew to pick up the job without needing the supervisor on-site.
